Both pools are being enjoyed by SG residents. Waterfall at pool #1 is operating, pool #2 is open 7 a.m. - 10 p.m.

Quiet hours at both pools after 9:00 p.m.

We're still having an issue with people bringing glass bottles into the pool enclosures...please - NO GLASS.

I am very unhappy that the bulletin boards were moved away from the street. This limits access by handicapped residents who must get out of their vehicles in order to read the posts.

I also want to know who approved the eyesore addition on Del Lago. Does this mean I can put up a 20 ft. teepee in my backyard?

I wonder how many of us got the e-mail from Alice Dekok through Taylor Management trying to justify the moving of the Bulletin boards? What a load of B.S.. Who cares that paper yellows after months in the sun? For the community board the notices are only supposed to be up for a short period of time and then remove them. The Board board should be kept nice and current, how hard can that be? Certainly a lot less work and expense then moving the boards.

Have a nice walk to read the board??? This is like saying we know what's best for you. I live on the other side of the complex and frankly can't walk that far. Why not in the center where walking is equal and there are at least a place to park? 700 homeowners and we're told to walk Sunset Greens Way to find notices of meetings. This shouldn't be some kind of a treasure hunt! Hiding bulletin Boards behind trees and away from those who might need the information, doesn't make any sense at all. All of this is VERY INSULTING AND DISRESPECTFUL OF US.

What is that monstrosity at Sunset Greens Way and Del Lago??? I understand that ARC turned it down, but the Board overruled at a "Workshop". Are not Board meeting suppose to be in the open with homeowners notified? (Editor's note- Board didn't approve but ARC approved one version of the plans, but not the one built)

Does this mean we can all build new rooms next to our house, taller then the roof line? How about two stories?

Wasn't there an enclosure on Beacon Ridge where we spent 16K in attorneys fees to have it removed? It couldn't even be seen from the street. What is going on?

Since this is visible from the main entrance road how come the community doesn't get a say.

Good news the contractor increased his workforce by 50% today, but unfortunately one left early so were back with 2 guys with shovels. Slow work when they arrive late and leave early. You might think that who ever is in charge would get on the contractor to put a real workforce on the job. Every day saved seems like it could save us from heating pool #1. From what I heard that's a lot of money.

Just learned that now pool #2 and spa will not be opened until the end of April or May. Supposedly the work was going to take 2 weeks. Now it apparently really takes MONTHS. It would be nice if at least pool #1 could be heated. Why can't our board keep everyone informed of the real truth about what's going on with our pools? I hope no one on the board is reelected next term. We need people that know what they are doing. This is the 2nd Winter now since I bought my home RIGHT NEXT to the pool that it has not been usable. WHAT A JOKE!!

I think it is outragious that 4 people in our whole community can take total control of our swimmming pools. This is the 2nd Winter now that pool #2 has not been useable. The modifications were supposed to start early January and still nothing has been started. If construction can not begin until all the permits are received the pool should be open and heated for those of us who use it. The majority of the neighborhood are here during the Winter months and should be able to use the ammenities we all pay for. I think we seriously need a new committee to take control of this situation. If we can't use them we should all stop paying for them.

Closing the pool #2 for maintenance and not letting people use the spa is B.S.. When they start working on the pool they can close it. And where is the cover? You would think someone would be smart enough to know that the cover cuts chemical usage and evaporation. How do these people get away with this stuff. I guess the majority of homeowners just don't care. Communication is a thing of the past.
